Our policy aims to safeguard​ the health and safety of all Brewing Summit 2022 attendees and is based ​on guidelines from the CDC, our meeting location, and our event venue.​​

At this time, masks are recommended but not required, however Brewing Summit will continue to monitor and make updates to the policy as needed.

Vaccination or Negative Test Requirement

​All attendees and guests who are participating in person must be fully vaccinated or provide a negative PCR or Antigen​ test taken within 48 hours of picking up your meeting badge. Antigen tests must be completed in a clinic setting, at-home antigen test results will not be accepted. Vaccination cards must be uploaded to Safe Expo prior to the start of the meeting.​​​

Pre-Travel Health Questionnaire

To ensure your health and wellness, we ask all attendees to self-evaluate their travel fitness prior to traveling to Providence. Within 48 hours of the conference, please ask yourself these important questions: Pre-Travel Questionnaire​​. If you respond "yes" to any of these questions, we strongly recommend that you find out for certain the cause of the symptoms you are experiencing by taking a COVID-19 test.​


Expected Behavior Policy

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free meeting experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. We ask all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, guests and other participants be considerate and respectful to all members and refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Please note, if you register a guest for the conference, you may be held responsible for the actions of the guest. Violations of this policy should be reported to meeting staff

ASBC and Master Brewers reserve the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any ASBC/Master Brewers sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in ASBC/Master Brewers Association. Any course of action recommended by ASBC/Master Brewers is final.


Member or Attendee Reporting

If you are the recipient of inappropriate behavior or comments, or witness an event that made you uncomfortable, we strongly encourage you to submit an incident report online or phone it in if you prefer. You can choose to report anonymously, and it only takes a few minutes.
